For years, I lived in the shadows, crippled by depression, anxiety, eating and exercise disorders, and body image issues. After drastically turning my own life around with the therapeutic powers of heavy weights (and professional help), it became my passion to help others do the same. It is my mission to empower people to live their best life, using fitness and mindset as a vehicle for radical self-transformation: physically, mentally, spiritually.
I specialize in strength and conditioning-based programs and am known for spicy metabolic workouts. While barbells are my bread and butter, kettlebells are my jam. I work with both men and women, and most of my clients are busy parents and professionals. Rachel's Gym of Life helps people find balance, ease, and vitality within in modern, super-busy lifestyles.
